A: Each program is designed to fit different goals—whether it's fat loss, muscle building, or overall fitness. If you're unsure, book a free consultation call, and I’ll help you choose the best option for your needs.

Q: What happens after I purchase a plan?
A: Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your program details, next steps, and any necessary intake forms.

Q: Do I need a gym membership?
A: No! Every plan can be customized for home or gym workouts based on your preference and available equipment.


Payments & Subscriptions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Stripe, and major credit/debit cards through Shopify’s secure checkout.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
A: Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Shopify account dashboard—no hidden fees or contracts.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the digital nature of the programs and coaching services, all sales are final. However, I’m committed to your success, so if you have any issues, reach out, and we’ll find a solution!


Coaching & Support

Q: How do check-ins work?
A: Depending on your program, check-ins may include weekly email reviews, video calls, or direct messaging support. These are designed to keep you accountable and make program adjustments as needed.

Q: Can I ask questions or request changes to my plan?
A: Absolutely! I’m here to support you. You’ll have access to direct communication for any questions, form checks, or plan modifications.

Q: What if I miss a coaching call?
A: You can reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
